Every PriorityStart! unit sold in its original packaging includes the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty (Rev. 01-10) inside the owner’s manual. Please refer to this documentation for all terms and conditions of warranty service. A copy of the owner’s manual can be found here.
The Manufacturer's Limited Warranty is 12-months from date of purchase allowing for repair or replacement. Warranty does not start from day of installation. We do not warranty items purchased through ebay or other private party sales or auctions as these are not authorized dealers who may be selling older or defective product. Additionally, we provide a 30 day money-back policy on all unopened or defective product if you purchased the product through BLI. There will be a 15% restocking fee; shipping is non-refundable. International, custom, and other fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
